Border Guard Police foiled a terror attack Sunday outside the Samaria Military Court when a police officer spotted a Palestinian Authority Arab acting suspiciously outside the building and decided to question him.

The 19-year-old wannabe terrorist, a resident of Shechem (Nablus), pointed to a bag where he had hidden a homemade Carlo Gustav automatic assault rifle during questioning by police after he and his belongings were searched.

The suspect was arrested and transferred to security personnel for further questioning.

Less than a week ago Israeli Border Guard Police prevented a lethal terror attack at the same Samaria Military Court when they caught a terrorist who tried to smuggle a pipe bomb filled with sharp metal pieces into the building.

Terrorists have targeted the same courthouse numerous times over the past several months, including two weeks ago, and twice in December.
