Former Aide: Ron Paul “Calls for Abolishment of Jewish State”

Republican US presidential candidate Congressman Ron Paul will have to answer to pro-Israel supporters following a blog post by a former senior aide stating Paul wishes Israel “did not exist”.
Posting on the “Right Wing News” blog, former campaign coordinator and national organizer for Paul Eric Dondero wrote that he “never heard a racist word expressed towards Blacks or Jews come out of [Paul’s] mouth,” and never heard him say anything “that could be called ‘anti-Semite’”.
However, Dondero stated that he is certain Paul wishes Israel would disappear.
“[Paul] is most certainly Anti-Israel, and Anti-Israeli in general,” Dondero wrote. “He wishes the Israeli state did not exist at all…. his view is that Israel is more trouble than it is worth…. he sides with the Palestinians, and supports their calls for the abolishment of the Jewish state and the return of Israel, all of it, to the Arabs.”
Dondero related a story about a meeting between Paul and the Houston Jewish Young Republicans in which Paul chastised the group for supporting Israel. “He berated them, and even shouted at one point, over their un-flinching support for Israel. So much so that the 6 of them walked out of the office,” Dondero said. “I was left chasing them down the hallway apologizing for my boss.”
Paul’s feelings about Israel are not related to his feelings about American Jews, according to Dondero. “Again, American Jews, Ron Paul has no problem with,” Dondero said. “In fact, there were a few Jews in our congressional district, and Ron befriended them with the specific intent of winning their support for our campaign.”
Paul’s spokesman, Jesse Benton, responded to the blog post by telling CBS Political Hotsheet that Dondero is a “disgruntled former staffer who was fired for performance issues,” who has “zero credibility”.

Your headline is false. He wishes Israel didn’t exist because its establishment has caused so much trouble and its existence continues to do so. Wishing for something is not the same as actively working towards achieving it.
That is a lie and you know it. Don’t be a liar!
It is time for true conservatives to stand up and be counted. Dr Paul has never said those things and there is significant information available to all who wish to learn more about this interesting man from Pennsylvania, who has been re-elected numerous times in Texas, has been at the forefront of supporting hard assets from gold ownership ( remember it was illegal for Americans to own gold under threat of imprinsonment? ), and supporting real money not backed by a printing press but by gold as it was before. Ron Paul supports Israels right to exist and is very knowledgeable about Israel. Please do not let the shysters in the mainstream press, the phoney conservatives who have taken us to wars and so many military adventures this country is BROKE!
Please go to youtube and search for Ron Paul, Congressman Ron Paul, or any variation and view some video’s to which there will be many. There’s a reason why individuals support Ron Paul more than any other candidate and there’s a reason why Dr Paul, who was a military ( and other than perry the only Veteran of the race for president) flight surgeon during Vietnam, draws more support from active members of the military, moreso than ALL the other republican candidates COMBINED and is absolutely yours and my friend when it comes to staving off America’s march toward seemingly endless wars and military actions with 900 bases around the world in over 135 countries and unchecked socialism within.Any rational thinking person recognizes this and we have been lied to repeatedly for many years.
You cannot honestly say that any other candidate is truthful, trustworthy, knowledable about the economy ( Dr Paul predicted the real estate bubble in 2002, and was critisized for his belief that the real estate market was soon to become overheated artificially and become a bubble which would become a devastating loss to millions. He was right when NOBODY else even had a clue). You cannot honestly tell yourself that you would feel safer with any of the other candidates who wants more military ( romney wants to double the size of the navy. Wheres the $$ coming from and for what? )and safer for our children and grandchildren when we have a constant war and a dollar that’s becoming the new peso. Put a stop to it right now.
Again, this is important, please do your own due dilligence on this. The main stream press is not telling the truth. DR Paul is number 1 in Iowa right now while CNN just showed the candidates MISSING RP. This should motivate to learn as much as you can. I believe in education. May G-d please bless America

Ron Paul is the only candidate that has an unwavering record of defending our Constitution and addressing the problems that our country is facing. He had the foresight to predict and warn about the consequences throughout the years and the knowledge to put us back on the right track to restore our Constitutional Republic to be yet again a great nation.The rest do not have a record to stand that mirrors what they now say – Ron Paul does. The reason the mainstream republicans have not supported Ron Paul is because Ron Paul really does put the people first, over party politics. And he has shown a 30 year track record of following the Constitution, something that none of the other candidates can say. If the people realized this they would come out in droves and vote for this man who sounds and leads like a founding father.
The dirtbags are coming out of the woodwork to smear Dr Paul and so far it’s not working. If Ron Paul has no chance, America has no chance. If America has no chance, everybody pays. A free and prosperous America will lift all boats but it’s got to be free and prosperous and these other clowns are no different than what we’ve got now or what we’ve had, all the same with millions of deal and a bankrupt country. It’s time to go back to what we know works best. Peace and Freedom.
this headline is misleading. the article does not substantiate the claim that Ron Paul is calling for the abolishment of the Jewish state. as far as i know, Ron Paul wants an independent Jewish state. not reliant on the US government. he supports the Jewish state’s right to defend itself. he wants to abolish the relationship that honors the picture of Rabin shaking hands with Arafat and President Clinton conducting the performance.
