A synagogue in Paris

The door of a Jewish home in Paris was vandalized by anti-Semitic graffiti hate-mongers this week.

The home is located in the Grandes-Carrieres district of Paris.

The residents arrived home to find that their door had been neatly defaced with black writing on the left and right, with the words: HERE LIVES JEWISH TRASH and a symbol used by extremist right-wing groups in Europe, a cross overlaying a circle, known as a “Celtic cross.” It’s been used recently by neo-Nazis and white supremacists.

French police have opened an investigation into the incident.
