I’ve no idea what’s the purpose of the pink bucket of water standing next to this Jewish man who appears engaged in the Tashlich prayer, first day of Rosh Hashanah, in Jerusalem.

Maybe, if your sins are rejected, you get to take them home with you in the bucket?

How many sins fit in an average size bucket?

  1. The orgin of tashlich is from pagens appeasing the satan by feeding the fish since satan has power over the water.
