This is former Prime Minister Ehud Olmert, a man who made the highest office in the land the most profitable in history, who squeaked by several convictions of embezzlement and dishonor, frankly, because of an inept prosecution and a lineup of witnesses who were easily as shady as the PM’s actions.

Former Prime Minister Ehud Olmert, along with Kadima Chairman Shaul Mofaz and several unlucky mayors who haven’t yet found a safer haven than their fast-sinking party, on Tuesday night held a conference in the Kfar Maccabiah country club in Ramat Gan.

At the event, Chairman Mofaz promised: “Kadima will continue to fight for what we believe and will continue to influence the future of Israel.”

I tried to imagine what Ehud Olmert was saying, when the picture above was snapped.

I’m going with: “Waiter – four beers over here!”
