The Lebedoff Triplets

Martin and Mary Lebedoff lived on the North Side of Minneapolis. Their triplets, Jonathan, Judy, and David, were born in April of 1938.

The picture above was shot in 1943, give or take a year.

All three Lebedoffs enrolled at the University of Minnesota in 1956. David went to law school at Harvard; Jonathan went to law school at Minnesota U. Judy was an English major at Minnesota, then worked as radio producer.

David Lebedoff wrote The Same Man: George Orwell and Evelyn Waugh in Love and War (Random House 2008).

Jonathan served as Chief US Magistrate Judge for the Federal District of Minnesota before he retired, September 20, 2005. After retirement, Jonathan began a new career as private mediation and arbitration expert in Minneapolis.
