Palestinian Authority terror chief and Holocaust denier Mahmoud Abbas’s attempted to cynically exploit the Holocaust today when he described the Shoah as “a reflection of the concept of ethnic discrimination and racism, which the Palestinians strongly reject and act against.”

In response, I nearly put up a picture of one of the lesser known and more gruesome photos from the 2000 Ramallah lynch, as an example of Palestinian Authority rejectionism, and their modern day Nazi-ism.

I decided against it, because Holocaust Memorial Day isn’t just about the modern day Nazis we face.

It’s about our own understanding and introspection, its about honoring our dead, and pledging to our own people, to never let it happen again.

Because unfortunately, with every missile launched at us from Gaza, with every Palestinian Authority suicide bomber, with every drive-by shooting, and with every anti-Semitic attack around the world that we allow to happen without response, we are displaying our failure to understand the lesson of the Holocaust.

This photo of learning and introspection at Yad Vashem is more appropriate, because that is what we need more of, until we finally reach a point where we will learn to say to the modern day Nazis, “no more” and then act on that conviction.

  1. Jewish Press, get a clue. Define the difference between Abbas’s obvious cynicism and your shockingly sad and anemic Editorial comments of ‘wishing’ the Israel Parade organizers (who you are ‘so sure of their honorable intentions’) hadn’t admitted BDS orgs seeking the destruction of Israel. Moral equivalency is a persistent Jewish disease that must be eradicated.

  2. For those who have been in Yad Vashem in.Israel and Are Jewish, the Holocaust was real and I am proud there is documentation. Written and still living documentation!

  3. Strange how the Godless will not admit to the truth of what they did to the Jews !

  4. I think we’ve done more than enough introspection. The time for action began a long time ago, and sitting around thinking doesn’t help when people are busy trying to kill you because you’re the scapegoat for their problems. Wake up.

  5. Ben II says:

Abbas is an Islamic terrorist. Only fools like Netanyahu will deal w Abbas instead of rightfully arresting him and destroying the PA. Bibi should wait out the worthless Obama admin.

  6. So true, they sure have a G-D , a menacing being they look up or bow down to, it’s not the same G-D peaceful people pray to, I’ve been to Yad Vashem , as well as Auschwitz and it’s real , very real , are that that thick they would think people would tattoo themselves, that families arrived with no family ? That they were the only survivors left to tell the story, omg my blood boils, but this is what they want to do , deny it and make us mad.

    This ass is no good!

  8. Langat Enosh says:

What the hell is talking about #Abbas! Abbas! How foolish are you until you boast yourselves with your dear cockcroaches under your footstool belly of darkness, you are really a bastard uncircumfitted heart?.you are naught in the God’s presence and your days are counted, weighted and numbered like Nabbuchadnezar was so you will be about to score off;yet a little while for our heavenly creator to destruct these satanic powerless people…

  9. Karen Bryant says:

    He’s full of bull.

  10. To be honest, who gives a damn what Abbas thinks and says about the Holocaust? He is illiterate to begin with!

  11. So says one of a people that deny the holocaust ever happened

Question: I recently loaned money to a friend who has been able to repay only part of it. This was an interest-free loan. We exchanged a signed IOU, not a proper shtar with witnesses, since I have always trusted her integrity and only wanted a document that confirms what was loaned and what was repaid. Now that shemittah is approaching, what should I do? Should I forgive the loan? And if my friend is not able to repay it, may I deduct the unpaid money from my ma’aser requirement?
