This evening an Arab terrorist in his early 20s tried to stab a Border Policeman at the Arab side of Cave of the Patriarchs in Hebron, the Tazpit news agency reports. The policeman was lightly injured, while the terrorist is in serious condition and received medical attention at the site.

120 Border Guards Disrupt Wedding in Ramat Migron Outpost

A force of at least 120 Border Guard police in more than 15 vehicles arrived on Monday night at the outpost of Ramat Migron, near the village of Migron in Judea and Samaria, barging into an area where a wedding of two local residents was to being prepared, and presented local residents with an order declaring the place a closed military zone.

Honenu Reports: Violent Police Pull Earlocks in Ramat Migron Arrests

Despite a court decision, police announced that the site was under a closed military zone order and the resident youths must leave. Simultaneously, policemen began to attempt to grab some of the youths. According to people on the scene, during the arrests police pulled on the boys' earlocks and were otherwise extremely violent.

In what could be a dress rehearsal for the evacuation and demolition of Ulpana Hill, Israeli security forces accompanied a bulldozer which overnight demolished a stone structure in the Ramat Migron outpost and two temporary structures in the Oz Zion outpost in Judea and Samaria. Clashes erupted during the demolition, between right-wing activists, most of them teenage girls, and security forces.

Chabad emissary Rabbi Hanan Herbst returned with his wife and children Thursday morning from half a year of outreach work in India and was arrested at Ben-Gurion airport in Lod. Herbst learned that the investigation concerned the publication of articles supposedly calling for violence, in “HaKol HaYehudi” ("The Jewish Voice") more than a year ago.

Numerous residents of the area, including members of the Garin Torani, arrived on the scene and protested the Police conduct. Disturbances developed during which the police reacted violently, hitting and pepper spraying the protesters. Three Garin Torani members were arrested and later released.
