Two Jerusalem hotels have been ranked among travel magazine Conde Nast Traveler as among the best 10 in the Middle East.

The David Citadel and the Inbal hotels were ranked by readers as the best places to stay, below the Park Hyatt in Dubai, the Al Faisaliah Hotel in Riyadh, and the Four Seasons Hotel in Doha.  The Inbal Hotel was ranked 4th among readers, with the Four Seasons Hotel in Amman coming in just above the David Citadel.

“We are grateful and proud to have been chosen,” a representative of the Inbal told reporters.  ‘There is no doubt that the rating we received is very respectable. Recently we have invested hundreds of thousands of dollars in upgrading the systems, design and service at the hotel to ensure that we continue to stand at the forefront of the hotel industry worldwide. We are excited about being a source of pride to Jerusalem and Israel.”

Conde Nast Traveler Readers called the David Citadel  “comfortable and effortlessly classy” and said the rooms are “spacious and attractive,” while the hotel lobby is “grand without being opulent”.
