US Ambassador to Israel David Friedman paid a Shiva (condolence) call to the family of Yotam Ovadia in the town of Adam on Monday. Yotam was murdered by an Arab terrorist last Thursday who had infiltrated into the town. He was one of three people who were stabbed. The terrorist was killed by one of the stabbing victims.
In the past, it was very rare for a US Ambassador to visit in Judea and Samaria, but Friedman is no ordinary US ambassador.

Friedman said, “I was heartbroken to see the tragic impact of the murder of Yotam Ovadia – a young mother left alone to care for two small children, parents grieving for their only son. Words are insufficient to describe the evil and barbarity of the terrorist act.”
