And according to owner Baruch Schaked, "In addition to the kosher dark chocolates and milk chocolates, we're about to introduce a parve chocolate that you won't find anywhere else in the area." And for those of us in Brooklyn - well, we can rejoice as well. Chocolate Girl - a certiifed kosher gourmet chocolate store has opened on Seventh Avenue. Onwer, Tziporah Avigayil Jaeger, imports for a kosher chocolate company in Belgium then tempers and reworks it here in Brooklyn. One of her signatures will be a hot chocolate with a pink dollop of whipped cream on top.
