Bikur Cholim of Miami Beach will hold its annual dinner on Sunday, September 18 at Temple Moses, 1200 Normandy Drive in Miami Beach. The gala event will start with cocktails and dinner at 6:30 p.m. and feature internationally acclaimed comedian MODI. Couvert is $225 per couple and $118 per individual. Biker Cholim is translated as “visiting the sick,” but the group does so much more. The Bikur Cholim system has chapters in most Jewish communities around the world that engage in a wide range of activities that provide comfort and support to people who are ill, homebound, isolated, and/or in distress.
