The Chaya Aydel Seminary (CAS) in Hallandale Beach is entering its 12th (bas mitzvah) year of excellence in education. CAS has become well known for its top-notch academics and beautiful frum environment. The caring administration, dynamic faculty and individualized focus has inspired the 250 young women who have walked through its doors since the school’s inception. Many of the seminary graduates are now rebbetzins and teachers in yeshivas and Jewish day schools around the world.

At this time of year, parents traditionally fill out application forms for their 12th grade daughters to enroll in Jewish teachers’ seminaries. This is a pivotal year in a young woman’s life and yet there are families who are struggling with the major expenses involved. CAS is taking steps to alleviate some of the pressure on both the girls and their families by providing affordable options.

Chaya Aydel has decided to increase the number of students it will accept for the coming school year while putting in place scholarship opportunities for those experiencing financial hardship. The modest tuition cost, including room and board, is still $12,000. Modified tuition, meeting certain criteria, can be as low as $9,600.
