The Lana Ditchek Goldberg Hachnossos Kallah of Greater Miami will mark its 29th anniversary with a benefit tea. The women-only event will feature popular comedian Leah Forrster, a delicious sushi and dessert buffet and a mini Chinese auction. The event will bestow a special tribute to benefactor Mrs. Sisel Klurman.

Chaya Aydel Seminary Students help the Hachnossos Kallah organization by stuffing, stamping and labeling 2,500 invitations for the annual event.

The celebration will take place at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, February 20, at The Shul of Bal Harbour, 9540 Collins Avenue, Surfside, Florida. Complimentary valet parking will be provided.

Hachnossos Kallah enables young couples who need financial assistance to have a wedding they can remember with pride. The organization also provides aid in setting up a Jewish home. This is an expensive undertaking and one that many cannot afford.

This year, 38 couples were helped. The organization needs the support of the extended Jewish community so that it can continue in its important work.

General admission is $36; High school girls $10; sponsors $50; patrons $100; supporters $180; benefactors $250; silver benefactors $360; gold benefactors $500; platinum benefactors $1,000; diamond benefactors $2,500; sponsoring a bride $2,500.
