Session I at Hebrew Academy’s Camp Chaverim has been a great success. More than a hundred children, from 18 months to 7 years old, enjoyed a rich atmosphere of structure and fun. The campers could be heard davening and learning during circle time. Others were swimming, playing in the playground, and shooting hoops in the gym. Kids took part in special activities that included music, kidokinetics, mindlab, zumba, bounce houses, special events, and of course weekly Shabbat celebrations and challah baking on Friday. The new Boys and Girls Divisions especially look forward to weekly field trips and late night camp activities.

“We can’t wait for session II to begin” said camp director Mrs. Judy Neufeld.
