New Assistant Rabbi At Beth Jacob

Rabbi Pinny Roth, a Brooklyn native and Beth Jacob Congregation in San Diego’s new assistant rabbi, has spent the past decade involved in numerous Torah education and outreach projects. Before joining Beth Jacob Congregation, he was a kollel member and community program coordinator at Yeshiva Bais Mordechai of Teaneck. Rabbi Roth received his semicha from HaGaon HaRav Moshe Heinemann, shlita, and has studied at Yeshivat Netiv Aryeh, Yeshiva Gedolah of Washington, and Yeshiva Gedolah of the Five Towns. He also holds a masters degree from Yeshiva University’s Wurzweiler School of Social Work. Rabbi Roth is joined by his wife, Miriam, and their children, Chezky and Yitzy.
