West-Coast-logo

Meira Academy, the only traditional, girls-only Jewish high school in northern California and the surrounding areas, is located in Palo Alto. The region’s signature intellectual creativity, hi-tech know-how, and green innovation, all infuse Meira Academy’s offerings. Meira Academy empowers young Jewish women through an education devoted to academic excellence in both Jewish and general studies. Nurturing students toward a bright future in the Jewish community, the school supports them in all aspects of personal growth: intellectually, spiritually, socially, and creatively. Meira Academy provides a safe and comfortable environment for young women to learn and develop with self-assurance and integrity. Students come from Denver, Oakland, Seattle, Los Angeles, San Francisco, San Jose, and Palo Alto. The principal is Devorah Lewis, previously of Mesorah High School of Dallas.
