Here is a selection of great kosher products that we came across this summer. We hope you enjoy them as much as we did. Please accept our wishes for a sweet and delicious New Year.

Rainbow Pops (Day Spring Enterprises, OU parve) is a line of gourmet-flavored lollipops that will enchant the child in each one of us. They are available in an incredible variety of flavors like including Banana Berry, Peanut Butter and Pina Colada. They also have a line of custom lollipops with “Judaica” faces that are available for special occasions. They are also the only lollipop company to sell “popstop.” What is a popstop? A resting base for the lollipops for when you are on the phone. It sounds a bit silly, but take it from a family of lollipop enjoyers ? it comes in handy. Rainbow Pops are available in most kosher groceries and chain supermarkets.

Keith's Cookies (KK Baking, OU parve, pas Yisroel) are without a doubt the best cookies we ever tasted. They come in three flavors ? Homestyle peanut butter, oatmeal raisin and chocolate chip. How good are they? Well, within two hours of bringing home the chocolate chip and oatmeal raisin, the cans were empty. The same with the taster who took home the peanut butter ? before he knew it his wife had finished the can. When you are looking for snacks for yom tov, don't look any further than the cookies aisles and the colorful cans of Keith's cookies.

Muffin Delites (Donut Delite, OK, KAJ, CRC parve) are what you want to eat when you need a light, all natural, low-calorie baked snack. Available in a nice assortment of flavors, they are sweet, moist and very delicious. Our favorite was the double chocolate chip, but others liked the lemon poppy. The mini-muffins are only 35 calories each and the large range from 140 to 160. Coming soon, ready-to-bake muffins in their own muffin tray ? just pop in the oven and enjoy the taste and smells of homemade muffins without the work.

La Panzanella (Kof-K parve) developed an herbinfused cracker that they call the Croccantini. This past May this unbelievable cracker became kosher. They look like large flatbreads, but are flakier but still very crispy. It's a unique taste that has to be experienced to be appreciated. They are available in rosemary, fennel, black pepper and sesame. Just a warning ? the taste of the herb is so intense that black pepper tastes like black pepper. For right now, they can only be found in specialty food stores, but it is worth making a trip to find them.

Last but not least:

Upstate Farms (Upstate Farms Cooperative, OU dairy, non-cholov Yisroel) produces a line of Blended Non- Fat yogurt that the tasters in our office could not get enough of. They enjoyed all the flavors, including strawberry/banana, cherry/vanilla and peach. It has a nice creamy consistency and the fruit flavor is not too intense. With zero fat and only 110 calories for the 4-oz container, it is a perfect little snack.
