For those of you looking for a great place to eat in New Jersey, look no further than Fumio, a steak and sushi house in Livingston.  From all I have read they have a great selection of meat and fish dishes, plus great desserts.  They are under the supervision of the Vaad Harabonim of MetroWest.

 

Know I don’t know too much about organic foods and what one should look for when buying them.  However, I do know that this product sounds good:  a creamy, great tasting frozen dessert without dairy, soy, refined sugar, high fructose corn syrup, trans fat, cholesterol, artificial flavors, artificial sweeteners or preservatives.  How can you go wrong?  If you try it – please let us know if it tastes good.  (picture here)

Did you think only Jews use kosher salt?  Obviously not.  Most of us know that kosher salt is a specific type of salt, more coarse than table salt.  We also know that it’s called kosher salt because its used in the koshering process.  Well, one Christian barber thinks enough is enough.  Christians shouldn’t have to use kosher salt.  So coming soon is salt that’s been blessed by an Episcopal priest – I kid you not.  Read more about it here.
