Kosher Tidbits from around the Web – June 18, 2007

What do you do if you find yourself living outside an Orthodox community – or in a community too small to have a kosher butcher?  You can travel to the nearest city or town where kosher meat is readily available and shlep things home or you can log on to glattondemand.com and choose your selection from the comfort of your home.




The Cleveland Jewish News is reporting that kosher hot dogs are once again available at Jacobs Field.  Run Ghazi Faddoul, a Christian Lebanese man who operates the kosher Subway in Cleveland, Naknik Plus will carry a variety of toppings including beef fry.




It seems the deal announced last week, wherein Arcadi Gaydamak was to purchase 51% of the Tiv Taam Supermarket chain has fallen through.  So, for now pork products will still be available in the Holy Land.
