An interesting article about Israel and kosher food can be found on the Cattle Network website.  It contains lots of useful information on exports, imports and the Rabbinate.

Seems there is a great caf? located in the Merage Jewish Community Center in Irvine, California.  Under the supervision of the Rabbinical Council of Orange County, the Blueberry Caf? serves parve and dairy items including smoothies, sandwiches and desserts.

Over in sunny Florida, the West Palm Beach Marriot has become the first chain hotel in this tri-county area to feature a kosher catering facility.  They are under the supervision of the ORB, with a full time mashgiach.

And finally in sad news for Boston, there is word in the kosher blog scene is that the Milk Street Caf? lost its lease for the Zero Post Office location.  They will be closing towards the end of December.  Their dairy location will remain open.
