Kosherfest Israel

The food and hotel industries in Israel are gathering at the end of the month for the Israeli version of Kosherfest.

It’s the annual Israfoodconference: three days of professional workshops, exhibits and mingling among Israel and international food and hotel service professionals

Mazon, the Hebrew language food industry website reports that this year’s gathering planned for November 26-28th will be an optimistic event given that the industry has grown. The Central Bureau of Statistics reports that there was a 3.6 % annual growth in the third quarter following on a 5.3 % in the previous quarter.
