“Iran Satellite Linked to ICBMs with Nukes’ – Fox News

Thursday, June 11th, 2015

Iran launched in February a satellite with technology that could “contribute” to the development of an inter-continental ballistic missile (ICBM) capable of carrying a nuclear weapon, Fox News reported.

The report was based on a U.N. panel of experts, which said that Iran intends to launch three more satellites by next March.

A variant of the 1,000-mile range Shabib-3 missile, which is believed to be able to carry a nuclear weapon, was used to launch the satellite

The negotiations between the Obama administration and other P5+1 countries with Iran over its nuclear program do not deal with the ICBMs.

If Iran were to agree and abide by terms of a final agreement, its ICBM program would continue unabated and could allow the Islamic Republic to attack Israel with a nuclear weapon procured from another country, such as North Korea.

Fox News noted that the U.N. panel concluded from an earlier report that a previous satellite launch “was related to ballistic missiles capable of delivering nuclear weapons,” in violation of U.N. sanctions.

President Barack Obama is trying to assure Americans, and Israelis, that Iran will not violate terms of the final deal that is supposed to be concluded by the end of this month.

Israel Tests Rocket Propulsion System for Intercepting Missiles

Tuesday, May 5th, 2015

The Defense Ministry Tuesday morning carried out a test of a new rocket propulsion system that probably is connected with missile interceptors.

Officials were mum on details other than to say, “The test was planned by the defense establishment long in advance, and was carried out as planned,”

It is known that a test of the Arrow 2 missile defense system last year did not make a direct hit on its target. An Arrow 3 anti-missile test in December was aborted because of a safety issue concerning the target missile.

The test also could be connected with the Jericho ballistic missile system, which can carry a nuclear warhead, Yediot Acharonot reported.

This morning’s test was carried out in central Israel, in view of motorists on the way to work.

Denmark’s Boycott Bank Linked to North Korea-Iran Ballistic Missiles Sales

Sunday, February 2nd, 2014

When JewishPress.com reported on Denmark’s Danske Bank’s “boycott” of Israel’s Bank HaPoalim, we pointed out the curious fact that Danske Bank actually doesn’t do any business at all with any Israeli bank, leading one to wonder about the motivations for their announced boycott.

You may now stop wondering.

David Goldman of Pajamas Media uncovered a 2009 Wikileaks cable in which it exposes that Danske Bank provided financial services to Tanchon, a North Korean company that sold ballistic missiles to Iran.

FOR DENMARK ONLY: — We previously raised with you in March 2006 our concern (REF L) that Tanchon Commercial Bank maintained a correspondent account with Den Danske Bank AS- Copenhagen. According to April 2009 Bankers Almanac information, Tanchon still maintains that account.

The US State Department had warned Danske Bank about their providing services to Tachnon in 2006, and the bank apparently chose to ignore it, despite the “legal and ethical” issues it raised.

Only in 2010, did Danske Bank state that it finally stopped doing business with Iran.

Nothing we’re aware of, about them not doing business anymore with North Korea.

Either way, so much for that moral high ground they were claiming.
