On Sunday knife terror stuck Rosh Ha’ayin with another attempt thwarted at the Tapuach Junction. In both cases the respective Jihadist was arrested without a shot fired. Will Israeli security personnel be afraid to fire their weapons even when necessary following the Hebron incident in which a soldier was arrested on charges of being trigger happy? While Jihadist attacks continue at home and abroad, those events seem to be on the back pages while the media still puts the IDF soldier on page one. Alert Border Police at the Patriarchs’ Cave in Hebron revenged another gruesome terrorist attack Tuesday morning and caught two young Arab women with large knives.
The terrorists were arrested, as well as another man who was with them and reportedly is an official of the Muslim religious Waqf authority.
The women approached the checkpoint at the holy site but refused requests to be inspected for weapons.
They began to shout, “We have come to free Palestine,” setting off suspicion that they were attempting to murder Jews.
They stopped the women and discovered during an inspection that one of them was carrying two large knives.

A Palestinian Authority gunman shot bullet holes in the door of the car of a Jewish motorist on Highway 60 near Hebron Thursday, but the driver, Israel Zaeera, escaped injury.
“A tremendous miracle happened here,” he said.
It was the second attempt by Arab terrorists to shoot and kill Jews in two days. As reported here yesterday, an Arab gunman took potshots at Jewish drivers in Samaria, and bullet shells were found in the area. No one was injured.
In both cases, the attackers fled.
The shootings represent a serious escalation in the motivation of “lone wolves” to kill Jews. The IDF is beefing up patrols, but soldiers cannot be on every mile of highways in Judea and Samaria.

Arabs hurled rocks at Israel buses in the Old City of Jerusalem twice in several hours Thursday and injured 10 people, one day after one or two possible terrorist attacks that sent two men to the hospital with serious wounds from separate stabbing attacks.
The second rock attack on a bus at the Shechem Gate, also known as the Damascus Gate, sent a 14-year-old boy to the hospital with serious wounds. A previous barrage of rocks on three Egged buses took place nearby and caused injuries to several people.
Police have not stated if Wednesday’s knife attacks were carried out by terrorists. One of the victims told a medic that his attacker was an Arab who attacked out of nationalist motives.
The police spokesman was not available for comment Thursday.
