The Unbreakable Alliance

Wednesday, February 20th, 2013

“Unbreakable Alliance” doesn’t refer to the Lapid-Bennett pact that been a sticking point in Netanyahu’s coalition negotiations, but rather, its the operational name for the upcoming visit of President Obama to Israel before Passover.

As reported in the JewishPress.com a few days ago, Facebook fans of Prime Minister Netanyahu were being given the chance to vote on the official logo of the visit - and vote they did.

Winning over 68% of the vote, the logo above has now been selected as the official logo of Obama’s visit.

The Hebrew name for the visit is “Brit Amim”.

Spruce Up Your Website for the Holidays

Monday, December 3rd, 2012

Changing your website to reflect upcoming holidays, commemorations or celebrations is an easy, fun, inexpensive and engaging way to keep your site timely and give it a little personality. Adding whimsical graphics to your logo or a holiday banner at the top of your site can be an attractive accent that gets your visitors into the holiday spirit.

You don’t have to only commemorate recognized holidays. Your founder’s birthday or your company’s launch date anniversary are perfectly legitimate reasons to use a banner to commemorate the occasion. Be sure to give your graphic designer some latitude for this project. And if the reason behind the swapped out logo is to obscure, make sure your users can see the explanation in the tool tip popup when they mouse over the image (it’s good for SEO, too).

You can use the graphic to cross-market holiday or seasonal specials. You can use it as the starting point for a site-wide promotional treasure hunt, or as a link to a special video or social media contest. Use your imagination.

Since most of the Jewish holidays don’t allow the use of computers, it’s a good idea to put your logos on display before the actual holiday. A few days to a week should be enough.

One of the more complicated holiday logos I ever created was for Yideoz, a now-defunct online Jewish video site. Each night of Chanukah, a new candle that flickered appeared, and when you moused over the logo, it played a song.

The most complicated issue your programmer should have to deal with is that Jewish holidays follow the Hebrew calendar. You have to make sure that Hebrew calendar dates for holidays, such as Chanukah (25th of Kislev) and Purim (14th of Adar 1 or 2) are converted to the proper English date. Thankfully, there are simple methods to do this. In PHP, the jewishtojd() and jdtojewish() functions convert back and forth from Hebrew calendar dates to English dates. [Java has a considerably more complicated method, probably because one of it's founders wasn't Israeli.] Your programmer should be able to preset the logos or banners so that there is no need to remember to swap them every time.

Have some fun brainstorming some seasonal and commemorative tweaks to your website. Chag sameach!

British Allow Anti-Semitic Iranian Propaganda in the UK

Wednesday, August 1st, 2012

“The Heritage and Destiny Channel,” on You Tube, run by Iran, currently features a video with two British subjects: an actress and film producer named Michelle Renouf, whose real name is Michelle Mainwaring, 62, a former Australian television model, now a British citizen, and a barrister named Philip Bree, who lives in London. Both star in mock interviews by Iranian TV, and try to lend an air of rational authority in their interviews as they methodically explain that the Olympic logo being used at this week’s Olympic Games in London is in fact a conspiratorial “subliminal Zion race-supremacy logo,” and part of an international conspiracy conducted by the Jews. According to Lady Renouf, the zigzag design of the logo’s lettering spells out the word “Zion,” and refers to Jews and Israel. The video can be seen in the UK as well as on You Tube.

The Iranians have boycotted the Olympic Games this week; this broadcast is intended to encourage the member states of the European Union to do the same. Citing the names of two New York advertising executives involved in the design and promotion of the logo as proof of her Jewish conspiracy theory, Lady Renouf then yields the floor to Barrister Bree, who explains that the traditional Olympics rings found in the new logo are representative of black witchcraft and Satanism of the bloodthirstiest kind, practiced by Jews.

For those up on British history, Renouf and Bree are reincarnations of World War II’s Lord Haw-Haw. Like the pro-German propagandist who spoke by radio urging British troops to desert the army and blaming the Jews for the war, Lady Renouf (she gives herself the title of “Lady” after having been briefly married to a British aristocrat) speaks in a very posh upper class British accent as she tells her audience that pro-Jewish conspirators, notably even the British founder of the World Olympic Community in the 19th century, “a non-Jew, but a Free Mason,” were involved in creating the Olympics logo “when the Jews under Theodor Herzl were planning to conquer Palestine.”

Free Masons have long been included as part of the world Jewish conspiracy as outlined in the fraudulent Protocols of the Learned Elders of Zion, responsible for countless pogroms and other attacks worldwide against Jews. The Protocols are part of a successful TV mini-series played all over the Arab world, but in particular in Iran, retitled Horseman Without A Horse, that dramatizes anti-Jewish blood libels. One scene even has religious Jews murdering a gentile child to use his blood to prepare Passover matzoh.

On the surface, to the uninitiated, these two speakers sound like extremely well-educated rational people, but if one visits the You Tube website for the Heritage and Destiny Channel, they are obviously in the service of the anti-Semitic Iranian government.

The website reveals that Lady Renouf is listed as the owner and producer of a company called Telling Films, which produces pro-Khomeinist propaganda videos for the Iranian government, and anti-Semitic trailers for foreign audiences. On the Heritage and Destiny YouTube channel are other videos of her being interviewed, warning the world of a Jewish conspiracy and denying the Holocaust. According to one source, “She has become known in recent years for her defense of Holocaust deniers such as David IrvingRobert FaurissonRichard WilliamsonGermar RudolfErnst Zündel, and Fredrick Töben in both broadcasts and her Telling Films documentaries. Though not a revisionist author or researcher herself, she has been frequently characterized by opponents as a Holocaust denier.”

In her interview, Lady Renouf praises the Iranian government for alerting the European Union to the international Jewish conspiracy that started with the Rothschilds allegedly controlling world banking; she explains that “World Jewry has the greatest outreach in the World,” but that they [Jews] like “to do it by hidden hand.” She urges the rest of Europe to boycott the Olympics as Iran has chosen to do.

Philip Bree, the London barrister then follows up in a similar interview, in which he explains that the Olympic symbol for 2012, displaying a pentagram and the five rings emblem for the Committee, represents the black arts of Satanism. Bree’s background is more nebulous than that of Lady Renouf, who appears to be an actress and socialite who found attention and easy money working for the Iranians. Bree appears to be just a garden variety anti-Semite. It makes sense, however, that the Iranian mullahs would see his ranting about Jews and Satanism credible to disseminate as they do the same in their sermons in Iran. Bree even suggests that the Masonic emblem of a compass is based on the Jewish Star of David.

Obama For Sale

Sunday, July 22nd, 2012

http://sultanknish.blogspot.co.il/2012/07/obama-for-sale.html

Summer is traditionally a weak shopping season, but lately the bargains just keep on coming. First there was an offer to have dinner with Obama and now a chance to have him there in your family photo. You can bid on an opportunity to wish Obama a happy birthday in person with the present that he likes best… money.

The prices are reasonable, and there are so many ways to buy Obama. You can play the dinner lottery or ask your wedding guests to gift to Obama. The Barack Obama website accepts all payments, Visa, Discover, Master Card, foreign donations and stolen credit cards.

The opportunities are endless. Birthdays, wedding anniversaries, major disasters; everything is just another reminder to give till it hurts. All you have to do is click one of the many buttons beneath the color-tuned hues of Instagram photos of Obama or his worse half smiling while the country slides deeper into poverty and debt.

There’s a reason that they call America “The Land of Opportunity.” Sure it’s gotten a lot harder to come here and make a fortune with your own business, but buying time with the man at the top has just gotten a lot more affordable. You may not have the big wallet of a Warren Buffett or a George Soros and you won’t cash in to the tune of a few billion dollars like they did; but for 25 bucks you might end up briefly exchanging pleasantries with the man who is slowly sending you to the poorhouse.

The designers are working overtime digging up retro fonts that summon up the image of a more prosperous America. There are so many Obama portrait shirts that they will be filling up landfills for generations. More likely, they’ll be shipped over to the Third World, along with all the other surplus clothes that people donate once the trend has passed or they no longer fit, and, somewhere in an African village, children in the year 2021 will run around playing in “Obama 2012″ t-shirts and Islamic terrorists in the Sahara will execute rebellious women while wearing “Forward” shirts.

You can get a “This is Change” shirt that lists all the things that Obama has done on the back, but the text is too small to read on the website, so, like ObamaCare and Obama 2012, you will have to buy it to find out what’s in it and on it.

There’s a collar for cats that says, “I Meow for Michelle” and an 85-dollar Vera Wang tote bag with Obama inside a scrawled heart. There’s an Obama-themed dog collar, to express the relationship between the administration and its lapdogs, and a t-shirt with an all-red American flag that has a distinctly Soviet feel to it. There’s a 65-dollar polo shirt designed by rapper and Farrakhan supporter Russell Simmons; which is just a generic polo shirt with a small Obama logo.

A Joe Biden cup holder sits next to a knit Obama dog sweater, a silver Obama brooch, an Obama basketball jersey, an Obama University hoodie, which has a seal but no motto, along with beanies, keychains, more dog collars, water bottles, tumblers, lanyards, cuff links, duffel bags, tube socks and a dog bowl with the Obama logo inside for your dog to drink out of.

Obama isn’t just a politician; he is a Walmart of useless crap. A one-man Ralph Lauren, Abercrombie and Fitch and Ed Hardy with enough t-shirts, polo shirts and bandanas to outfit a small army of young men and women with more credit card limits than taste. And upstairs on the third floor of his cyberspace Target, you can find a plethora of 90-dollar reusable canvas bags from major designers that have become the stamp of consciously responsible consumption.

You can buy Obama and wear Obama all over your body. You can read Obama at the beach, stick him on your toddler, your dog and your cat. You can cover your car, your house and your barn with his stickers. And, if you are truly lucky, you may even win a chance to spend 72 seconds in his presence before you are firmly ushered out to go back to your Obama 2012 car and drive back to your Obama 2012 yard sign where your dog is barking for food in his “Obama Best Friend” collar and then sit down to read through the Help Wanted ads in the paper while wearing an Obama Hope Lapel Pin.
