Enjoy the video.

The song was written by 2 Jews Harold Arlan ( born Hyman Arluck, in Buffalo, New York, United States, the child of a Jewish cantor.) and Edgar Yipsel "Yip" Harburg (born Isidore Hochberg) and IZ was just IZ whose rendition of Over the Rainbow is "Gaveltic"
