The Ayelet Hashahar shul in Givat Zeev is slated for destruction after the 500 person community couldn’t prove to the High Court’s satisfaction that their purchase of the property was 100% legal. The Arab plaintiff and the leftwing NGO, Yesh Din, that represented him, demanded the synagogue’s destruction.
The community still has a few days to try and prove their documentation and purchase is valid.
