Old Jews Telling Jokes: ‘Taking Samela to the Beach’

    Brenda Fishman told this joke on June 2, 2011. It was originally told during the Crusades, but has maintained much of its original flavor. I’ve heard my friend Sam Greenfield tells this one in under 4 seconds and it still feels like it could use a trim. Anyway, I just discovered this fantastic website via a New York Magazine review of “Old Jews Telling Jokes,” and discovered a whole world I had not been aware of. Now I, too, want to start filming old folks performing stuff. They have time on their hands, they work cheap, and in many cases they might forget all about their check.
