Israel’s Nature and Parks Authority has released a warning that the water spots across the Ein Afek nature reserve have joined together to create a swamp, and all the paths in said reserve are covered with water.

The reserve is closed to visitors.

According to the forecast of the Meteorological Service, the coming days will see floods in riverbeds and possibly snow in the mountain peaks in different areas. For this reason, it is absolutely forbidden to enter riverbeds on foot or with vehicles until the water level recedes completely.
