Natalie starts off the show talking about her experience cleaning out her friend’s house, who made aliyah but then left; Natalie interviews Yitzhak and Tikvah Sassoon who made aliyah from Miami in 2009, and moved to Ma’alot after their initial plans fell through; they decided to just “roll with it” and that attitude has served them well. They made aliyah in their 40s with 4 teenagers, who have all adjusted to life here and have married and started building lives of their own.
