Two Fed Ex staff members and the crew aboard Fed Ex Flight FX4628 breathed a sigh of relief Monday morning after landing safely at Ben-Gurion International Airport.

Problems with the flaps on the wings of the aircraft led the pilot to prepare for an emergency landing in Tel Aviv, according to Israel’s Channel 13 television news.

Fortunately, the plane landed safely.

An emergency landing situation occurred just one week earlier when a flight coming in to Ben-Gurion International Airport from Cologne, Germany lost part of a tire upon its departure.
