Police manhandle a youth in expulsion from the Hebron Peace house in December 2008.

Finally, the Supreme Court is beginning to decide cases based on legal issues and not  on the basis of their personal political agenda.

The Peace House is located on the road from Kiryat Arba to the Patriarchs Cave. For the Arabs who do not want Jews in Hebron, it is a symbol that turns them into a rage.

The fear of Arab anger has been one of the foundations of the IDF’s  and the Defense Ministry’s ruling against Jews and in favor Arabs.

That policy still is in effect at the Temple Mount, where all the Arabs have to do is should “Allah Akbar” and throw some rocks and firebombs to convince the police to keep Jews out, as they did Sunday morning.
