The Israeli Civil Administration has allowed for the entrance of equipment aimed at improving the infrastructure of the Palestinian Authority based cellular provider Paltel throughout Judea and Samaria.

In recent months, the Civil Administration has been working to improve the reach of the cellular networks, allowing for the entrance of electronic cards aimed at improving the network’s reach and allowing for 3G connectivity.

Israel has previously prevented the implementation of 3G cellular networks in Palestinian Authority cities, but since January, it has began allowing it.
