Abbas has good reason to be worried.

Following in the footsteps of Egypt, the Palestinian Authority has blocked access to 11 news sites belonging to political rivals such as Mohammad Dahlan and Hamas, according to reports in Arab media sites.

The sites were blocked at the local ISP level within the Palestinian Authority.
