Israeli Police block the area where Temple Mount Movement Leader, Yehuda Glick, was shot by a drive-by motorist, near the Begin Center in Jerusalem.

Following the assassination attempt on Temple Activist Yehudah Glick Wednesday night, outside the Begin Center in Jerusalem, the police have decided to restrict access to the Temple Mount to all Muslims, until further notice.

As always, Jewish access is always restricted.

The decision was based on police intelligence assessments and security concerns.

Yehudah Glick underwent surgery at Sharei Tzdek hospital after being shot by a man on a motorcycle, who first confirmed Glick’s identity before shooting him.

UPDATE: Moshe Feiglin reports that in fact the Temple Mount was only closed to Jews, and that Muslims are still going up.
