US Ambassador to the UN Nikki Haley

U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations told CNN on Wednesday in response to President Donald Trump’s decision to recognize Jerusalem as the capital of the State of Israel, “This is just a reality check. This is nothing that anybody didn’t already know.”

Haley pointed out that the president didn’t mention “east” Jerusalem and told CNN‘s Wolf Blitzer on “The Situation Room” that such a decision is “for the two sides to decide. We don’t want to pick a side on this.”
