Israeli security forces arrested an Arab from the village of Danba in the Tulkarm area who apparently assisted the terrorist who carried out the double murder in the Barkan industrial zone on October 7. Additional suspects were detained and interrogated by the security forces.
In the continued pursuit of the terrorist who carried out the shooting attack in the Barkan industrial zone, the security forces overnight Wednesday operated in the Tulkarm area and led to the arrest of a man who apparently helped the terrorist.
Undercover forces of the Border Police, the Israel Police, the Shin Bet and the IDF took part in the operation.
On the morning of October 7, an Arab employee of the Barkan Industrial Park in Samaria, handcuffed one female employee, then shot her and another worker, critically injuring a third. The murderer used a “Carlo” homemade semi-automatic gun.
Security forces are currently conducting a manhunt to capture the terrorist who fled the scene.
