Police Internal Affairs is investigating the actions of a police volunteer who was documented shooting and killing Bashar Muhammad Saleh, while the latter was already o the ground. Saleh, 22, murdered an American tourist and injured ten Israelis in three locations at the Jaffa harbor area Tuesday night. A video shows the uniformed volunteer shooting the terrorist while he is lying on the grass, and IA would like to know if he had already been neutralized. If he was, a criminal prosecution against the volunteer would be weighed.
