Eliminating the terrorist — Permanently neutralizing the terrorist in Kiryat Arba. Oct. 29, 2022

CCTV footage from Hebron (below) shows the Kiryat Arba security chief (Ravshatz) ramming the terrorist. Following that, an off-duty soldier permanently neutralizes the terrorist.
