Layer graham crackers on top of the vanilla pudding. Pour butterscotch pudding over that layer of graham crackers.

Let sit for 10 minutes. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs (either from the box or you can crush them yourself in a plastic bag) over the butterscotch pudding.

When serving top with whipped cream, chocolate shaving or fruit of your choice.
