    As not everyone will understand this cartoon, here is an explanation of some of the terms.

    Chok Tal – is a controversial law that allowed Ultra-Orthodox Jews to serve a reduced-term IDF service after learning a few more years in Yeshiva, and then allowed them to join the workforce after their abbreviated IDF army duty.

    Low Profile – in the IDF, this refers to one’s medical/health status. Someone with a ‘low profile’ will either get a 9-5 desk job, or be released exempted from service.
