On another show, Dr. Orit Herman spoke about a friend whose children are close in age. She arranged that while she put one child to bed, the other got to fall asleep in her mother’s bed. The next night, she would switch it around. In this way, each child was made to feel special. One got her mother’s undivided attention; the other got to fall asleep in her parent’s room. I thought that this was a very creative way to give children positive attention.

Time means so many things to so many people. What does it mean to you? I welcome your responses.
