The wagon driver is Hashem and the packages are our “worries.” We need to trust Hashem enough to let Him drive the wagon and carry our worries. After all, it is He who knows what is best for us and what we need. If we internalize that everything Hashem does is for the good, it makes it easier not to worry about the future and what lies in store.

I wish you hatzlocha in dealing with your problem.  If you do not see an improvement with these techniques please seek therapy and talk to your therapist about medication if necessary.
