It seems that the words Am Yisrael are always followed by another word or phrase that describes the hope and wish we have for our precious Jewish nation.
The most utilized one is Am Yisrael Chai. It is our declaration that the Jewish nation will live on, through easier and through difficult times. We will persevere. G-d guarantees it!
Am Yisrael Lo Lefached (tip of the hat to the Jewish music stars) is another attachment to the words Am Yisrael. We must remind ourselves not to fear. We know who is in charge and who choreographs daily life for our beloved nation.
I like the additional one that has been made popular by the recent ongoing painful war.
