I think the same way about this terrible story. We must all thank Hashem and appreciate the magnitude of the kindness He does for us. We must realize how much emunah we need to cope with all the difficulties of life. May God save us from the nisyonos that befell David Hatuel. May God extend kindness toward us and save us from all evil, and may we be worthy to hear only good things forever.
