Yifat Shoham, one of the longest-running administrative directors of Leumit HMO in the northern Negev city of Arad, has passed away. One of Arad’s most popular community leaders, Shoham died two hours before the start of the holy Sabbath on Friday after a long illness.

She was known throughout the city as “someone who could get things done no matter what it was,” said a member of the HMO.  “Yifat is going to be sorely missed.”
