The video features an aerial photograph of the Tel Aviv Fairgrounds complex where the Contest is to be held marked with military targets and the warning, “Implement the understandings if you want to be able to hold these celebrations.”

The latter statement is a threat warning that Gaza terrorists will attack the Contest if Israel doesn’t fulfill its part of the understandings it allegedly agreed to in Gaza. However, it is still unclear who is behind the video, and which specific understandings are being referenced.
