Young Israel of Boca Raton held a hachnassas sefer Torah dedication on Sunday, March 22. The event began at 10:30 a.m. at the Rabovsky home where the writing of the last letter of the Torah was completed. A processional parade then accompanied the new Torah to the Young Israel synagogue. The Torah was dedicated by Dr. Allen and Marlene Josephs.
The joyous event was celebrated by dancing, music, and a bounce house for the children. A lovely catered lunch was provided for all participants.
