Spring is almost here and I don’t know about you, but I am so ready to put my puffers and wool coats away! If you’re looking for a transitional jacket for spring, I’m sharing 4 styles that were seen all over the spring runways.

First up, a lightweight anorak jacket. These are perfect for the rain and don’t add too much bulk on warmer days. A classic navy is always a timeless option or try pastels – like my blush pink anorak pictured below from J.Crew (available up to size 3X).

A trench coat is another timeless option! Leather and patchwork trench coats were seen all over the runway, but if that’s too bold for you, a camel colored or a striped one like mine might be a safer bet.

Don’t underestimate the power of a denim jacket for more casual looks. They would be really cute paired with a floral dress or stripes. A boxy, oversized fit would look great with something fitted underneath and a cropped denim jacket can help bring definition to the waist.

A leather jacket is another must-have for spring. It’s a piece worth considering investing in as they can last for years. I prefer leather moto jackets as I love pairing a tougher, edgier jacket with something feminine and girly like lace or florals underneath.
