POLICE DISRUPT TEMPLE MOUNT VISIT

Feiglin Arrested for Praying

.

Moshe Feiglin, head of the Manhigut Yehudit faction within the Likud party ascended up to the Temple Mount (Har Habyit) on Tuesday, as he does every month, and was arrested by the Israeli police along with Hagai Weiss for the crime of praying on the Temple Mount.

Feiglin had gone up to the Temple Mount with 30 other people. Halfway through his usual walk around the site, the police claim they saw him praying and escorted him off the mountain.

Feiglin denied he was praying at the time.

Police questioned Feiglin for 5 hours, and then upgraded his status to “arrest”. The charge was, “Actions that could have led to the endangerment of the public.”

Police demanded that Feiglin sign a guarantee that he would not visit the Temple Mount for the next 15 days, but he refused to sign it.

Feiglin told the police, “I am a free citizen, and I will not willingly suspend my liberty.”

The police brought a request to the court to extend Feiglin’s remand in jail for a few days to “investigate” the matter, but the court refused to grant it, and the police were subsequently forced to release Feiglin unconditionally.

The Israeli Police do not allow Jews to pray on the Temple Mount because the Waqf forbids it, and threaten mass violence if they catch a Jew praying.

There's a special place in Sheol reserved for cops who arrest you for praying.

Are you kidding me? Arrested for praying? I don't care where he was praying! What kind of b.s. is this! We, ALL JEWS, have more problems than you can shake a stick at and some law is broken by praying. You want something to REALLY WORRY ABOUT, worry about the s.o.b. making atomic bombs, worry about the next missle strike, but to worry about a few people praying, GIVE ME A BREAK! G-d Bless Us All!

"Har Habeit B'yadenu " The Temple Mount is in our hands" , so said Gen. Moti Gur when the Israeli Paratroopers raised the Israeli Flag..and so ended the 6 Day War, June 10th, 1967..and now, Jews are arrested for praying there by Jewish police…outrageous.. Let's not have a self-fulling prophecy as verbalized by the Prophet Isaiah"The destruction of the Jews shall come from within".

Islamic radicals are a one sided religion which does not accommodate or respect any other faith! They do not share Judeo/Christian values and only desire to take over completely and implement Sharia Law! If you give an inch they will take a mile! There will be a final showdown and God is with you! When they cannot share a Holy Site which is just as Holy to others – then why would they share Jerusalem if they took that over. Remember those words “Never Again”! I pray for the Peace of Jerusalem! NO-One has the right to tell someone that they can not pray to their GOD! Peace at any Price never works!

  6. Notice me praying on the Har Habeit as well. Arrest me!

the last Jewish man. hope they clone about one million of him.

  8. Crap! What's next?! Will being religious become a crime too? It reminds me of Stalin mental set… In Israel… Sad… In Croatia and abroad lot of people repeating empty mantra of holocaust but forget to tell that some of our own people will cause another one! I'm coming from family hurted with holocaust and rarely survived. So don't you dare to give me lessons about that. Havel havelim… What is next folks?

    • I totally agree. I live up Northeast ehre in Budapest, Hungary where I was born. I went down to Trogir, Dalmacia for one day 3 weeks ago. I enjoyed every minute. I totally agree with you on this ridiculous and frankly shameful situation!

  9. Charlie Hall says:

This is NOT a new policy. And in fact, the Obama administration has criticized Israel for it:

If the Temple Mount can not be shared, then will they want to continue to ""share"Jerusalem with all faiths and as the Capital of Israel. I think not – Remember, the radical Islamist goal is to take over, steal and destroy your nation as well as the U.S. and implement Sharia Law– not respect Judeo/Christian Laws anywhere! Remember Israel is the apple of GOD's eye! HE has His hand on you – and will NOT fail you! There is no Peace at any price! Freedom to pray, worship, live should be non-negotiable. I pray for the PEACE of Jerusalem. Israel is not for sale – even for one piece at a time- Prayer is so important and the enemy of your life and souls does not want you to pray because there IS power in prayer to your God, never give in or give up! If GOD be for you, then WHO can be against you! Accept God at his word– No weapon formed against you shall prosper. Shalom

  11. and then they say Israel is an apartheid state! I have also prayed on the Temple mount, alone and with a group and if the opportunity should arise I would do so again. I am not Jewish but it is unacceptable for Jewish people not to be discriminated in this way. Wake up Israel, wake up all G-d fearing people!

They should consider themselves lucky that the Jews are kind enough to allow their abomination to remain on the Temple Mount, but in true Islamist fashion they threaten violence toward us for praying on OUR holliest site. I say bring in the Bulldozers. Take it back and then anyone who wants to pray there can do so without the threats of violence. Islam once again shows they are incompatible with civilized societies.

  13. Roc Diaz says:

if I'm not mistaken, a jew is not allowed to approach the temple mount unless he's been purified with the ashes of the red cow, and in a state of purity. even by jewish law he's transgessing. this is the reason that the arabs have it now. they are safeguarding it until we can approach it correctly. hashem knows what hes doing. its correct what happened. the temple mount is essentially ours. hashem is not giving it away, just at this time we can not be trusted to respect it properly.

    • Muriel Coudurier-Curveur says:

you are mistaken. A dip in the mikveh is all that is required and, at any rate, it is the mosques which should be removed, not the Jews

    • Roc Diaz says:

      Muriel Coudurier-Curveur
i am in fact not misraken at all. we are not allowed to approach were the holy of holies was located. we are not talking about the outer court yards here. a mikva dip would not allow a jew to approach by itself. can you quote a verse or a paragraph where you saw that this by itself is sufficient?
